    Continental 757 Transatlantic

I recently had the pleasure (or displeasure to be more accurate) of flying the 757 transatlantic on Continental.  For those of you that don't know, this is a relatively small single aisle aircraft.  For domestic flights, it's not a problem - but transatlantic flights see people lining up way down the aisle for the restroom, cramped conditions (couldn't even open my laptop there was so little room) and a general feeling of not enough room on too long of a flight.

I would definitely fly a larger plane w/ a connection next time.

I totally agree!  Continental seems to use 757 on several of its transatlantic during the winter.  And while cheap tickets are great during the off season, the resulting overpacked flights on too small planes are almost not worth it.  Bottom line - think twice before you book these flights - particularly if you can flight a bigger plane for almost the same price.
